How long until I receive my order?
Every order is printed on demand, so total time = processing + shipping. Processing takes 2–4 business days. Domestic US shipping is 5–7 business days; international orders arrive in 10–15 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your package ships.
What printing method do you use?
We use professional Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology. Both methods deliver vibrant, photo-quality prints that are soft to the touch and built to last — no cracking, peeling, or fading after wash.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to contact us for a return or replacement on any defect or print error. Because every item is printed specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind — but we’ll always make it right if anything is wrong with the product. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes — if you reach out within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, production has usually started and we can’t make changes. Email [email protected] with your order number to request a cancellation or modification.
What sizes do you offer?
All our apparel is unisex, available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements so you can pick the perfect fit.
