Yes, we do offer custom designs. You can either request a completely new design or modify any existing designs from our shop. Feel free to ask for changes to the font, quote, image, or anything else you’d like. Alternatively, you can send us your own design, and we’ll print and ship it according to your specifications.

If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment hasn’t been sent, please email us immediately, and we’ll update it to the correct one. However, once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for reshipping the item to the new address. Please double-check your address when placing your order to ensure accuracy!

If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture of the item along with your order number. If the item is defective or deteriorates after the first wash, we’ll send you a free replacement. There’s no need to return the faulty item; just provide us with a photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.
